The following sections answer frequently asked questions regarding accessibility. If your question is not answered below, please contact the Mirabito Box Office.

Accessible Seating

Both facilities offer accessible seating locations. Please call or visit the Mirabito Box Office to purchase tickets for accessible locations.

Accessible seating locations (i.e. wheelchair spaces & companion seats) are intended for use by individuals with mobility disabilities and their companions. By purchasing tickets for accessible seating, you represent that you or a member of your party has a disability that requires the accessible features provided by the seating locations being purchased. We may investigate the potential misuse of accessible seating where there is good cause to believe that such seating has been purchased fraudulently. In appropriate cases, we may, in our sole discretion, cancel an order for accessible seating that we believe to be fraudulent or improper. We reserve the right to relocate to other seats patrons who have tickets for accessible seating locations, but who do not need accessible seating.

Accessible Parking

Limited accessible parking is available at the Arena on a first-come, first-serve basis. This lot is located on Stuart St. on the left as you face the Arena. This lot opens one hour prior to doors. You must have a valid hangtag or handicapped license plate to park in this lot. Parking fee is $3. The Accessible Entrance (power-assisted door) is located adjacent to this lot.

Accessible Restrooms

At the Arena
Accessible/Family restrooms are located on the first floor in the front hallway by the Mirabito Box Office. There are also handicapped-accessible restrooms on the third floor by the Arena Club.

At the Forum
All restrooms on the first floor are handicapped-accessible.

Elevators

At the Arena
There are two elevators on the North side of the Arena: one at the East end (by the Handicapped Entrance) and one at the West end.

At the Forum
Unfortunately, there are no elevators at the Forum.

Assistive Listening

Assistive listening devices are available at Forum events upon request at no cost to you, on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must provide a driver’s license or other ID card for us to hold in exchange for a device.

Sign Language Interpreters

If you require a sign language interpreter, please contact the Mirabito Box Office at least three weeks prior to the event to place the request. We will provide an interpreter at no cost to you.

Service Animals

Service animals for the disabled are permitted.
