Ticketmaster Events

The Mirabito Box Office and Ticketmaster are the only authorized ticket sellers for Ticketmaster events. If you buy a print-at-home or hard ticket from an unauthorized vendor or source (e.g. Stubhub, eBay, Craigslist), we cannot guarantee that it is a valid ticket. We are not responsible for any invalid tickets and cannot provide support for any third-party purchases.

Tickets for all Ticketmaster events are available:

  • at Mirabito Box Office at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena (no service fees charged when purchasing tickets in person),
  • at the Mirabito Box Office at the Broome County Forum Theatre on Ticketmaster event days only (no service fees charged when purchasing tickets in person),
  • on Ticketmaster.com (click the event’s Tickets link on the Event Schedule page)

The Mirabito Box Office at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena (located on the ground floor of the Arena on Stuart St.) sells all tickets for Ticketmaster events at both the Arena and the Forum Theatre.

The Mirabito Box Office at the Broome County Forum Theatre is only open on Forum Ticketmaster event days.

Refunds/Exchanges
Once tickets are purchased, they are nonrefundable and not exchangeable unless an event is canceled or postponed.

If an event is canceled or postponed, refunds will eventually be available at the original point of purchase.

Tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.com will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment for canceled events. For rescheduled events, you must call Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 to request a refund.

All other tickets will be refunded at the original point of purchase. If you purchased tickets at the Mirabito Box Office, please bring your tickets with a photo ID and credit card used for purchase if applicable to the Mirabito Box Office to process your refund.
