Refunds/Exchanges
Once tickets are purchased, they are nonrefundable and not exchangeable unless an event is canceled or postponed.

If an event is canceled or postponed, refunds will eventually be available at the original point of purchase. 

Tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.com will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment for canceled events. For rescheduled events, you must call Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 to request a refund. 

All other tickets will be refunded at the original point of purchase. If you purchased tickets at the Arena or Forum Box Office, please bring your tickets with a photo ID and credit card used for purchase if applicable to the Arena Box Office to process your refund.

COVID-19 Update

New York State has implemented density rules that temporarily ban all gatherings through at least May 15, 2020 to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. The American Hockey League has suspended all activities indefinitely which includes Binghamton Devils games.

This will result in several of our upcoming events being rescheduled and some being canceled. More information on each event will become available as we confirm details with each event organizer. Once decisions are made, details will be posted on our website and social media outlets.

If an event is canceled or postponed, refunds will eventually be available at the original point of purchase. The Arena Box Office is currently closed to the public but staff is available by phone or email. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please contact the Box Office for assistance if you believe your tickets have been lost or stolen.

 

Ticketmaster Events

The Arena/Forum Box Office and Ticketmaster are the only authorized ticket sellers for Ticketmaster events.  If you buy a print-at-home or hard ticket from an unauthorized vendor or source (e.g. Stubhub, eBay, Craigslist), we cannot guarantee that it is a valid ticket.  We are not responsible for any invalid tickets and cannot provide support for any third-party purchases.

Tickets for all Ticketmaster events are available:

The Arena Box Office (located on the ground floor of the Arena on Stuart St.) sells all tickets for Ticketmaster events at both the Arena and the Forum Theatre.

The Forum Box Office is only open on Forum Ticketmaster event days.

DO NOT CALL THE BOX OFFICE TO BUY TICKETS.
